The highly anticipated feature film Justice League, featuring the talents of Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Henry Cavill, Jason Momoa, Ezra Miller, and Ray Fisher as the Justice League, has lowered in expected sales all around the US. In the US, the blockbuster film only got around $96 million on its opening day. With a budget for the film rumored to be around $250 Million to $300 Million dollars, the film plundered producers’ predictions. Other films that have to lead up to Justice League, such as “Batman v Superman” and “Suicide Squad”, did much better on their opening days. “Batman V Superman” and “Suicide Squad” both managed to get around $133.7 Million when they were first released.

Waner Bros. was not pleased with the film’s downfall but remained hopeful that “Justice League’s” returns will become more promising over the next weeks. With the movie riding on the heels of the well-received “Wonder Woman,” the movie will hopefully at least make back their budget. “Wonder Woman” was one of the only well-received movies from the DC Universe that critics and fans alike felt lived up to their expectations.
